Review of articles to be published during the 2024-2025 school year is now open.
The Virginia Journal of Criminal Law accepts submissions year-round and reviews articles on a rolling basis. The topic must include a nexus with criminal law, but articles may come from practitioners, academics, policymakers, or students. If you would like to submit an article for consideration to the Virginia Journal of Criminal Law, we accept submissions through our direct inbox (vjcl.uva@gmail.com). We do not accept hard copy submissions.
We ask that all article submissions be accompanied by a C.V. or resume so that our Review Board can evaluate submissions as efficiently as possible.
